Calculating Holiness is Colony Project in Rogue Trader. Colony Projects increase the stats of your Colonies, such as Efficiency, Complacency and Security. Some Colony projects can even increase your Profit Factor and reputation, or give you special Traits, or provide additional support in space battles.
