It provides the following effect:
- Reduces the chance of triggering psychic phenomena by -10%. If any psychic phenomea or perils of the warp manifest, the wearer gains and additional +1 psy rating until the end of combat.
- Base armour property: +2 deflection if the wearer's Willpower is more than 50.

AnonymousBugged, currently does not provide none of the stated bonuses. Additionally, it require fairly high rep with Kasbalitica, which is at present time the least rewarding faction to level up (unless you crave a lot of stuff for Drukhari, but mostly accessories). If it was medium armor, it would be more useful, but as heavy it reduces dodge with only 50% armor. Trust me, as melee psyker you can do much better, save those heretical goods for Fellowship of the Void.

Probably bugged. Doesn't give an extra +2 deflection at 50+ Will (I have 65 and bonus is not there, no even in battle)
This armor is insanely strong because you pretty much can make unlimited psy-rating. With Warp Surge Brooch as pyro-telepath my character could destroy everything at one turn... Until warp can one-shot him. Sacred Rituals with this thing on officer extra turn with unlimited numbers of attacks is also crazy strong.
