So, I've did some testing with values with the Toybox Mod and found the.
There are 3 values, that somehow affect your what you get for argenta, namely:
      Sororitas_Humility
      Sororitas_Fire
      Sororitas_Fury

How these are affected? I don't know. I suppose some choices in her quests do that.
If you want a specific reward, just adjust the value of the one you want, to be the highest.

If Sororitas_Fury has the highest value, it gives you the armor mentioned here.

If Sororitas_Fire has the highest value, you get a similar armor, just that the passive is differen:
"After using a heroic act, the wearer immediately uses War Hymn or Furioues Recital (regardless of its cooldown)."

If Sororitas_Humility has the highest value, you get no armor. In turn, she gets a new Passive:
"Shadow of Death: For every 10% of wounds lost while wearing no armour, Argenta gains +5% damage, +1 MP, and at the start of each turn + resolve temporary wounds. All bonuses are removed at the end of combat.
Additionally, while wearing no armour, Argenta's resolve is increased by +2 for each injury and by +6 for each trauma. Bonuses from injuries and traumas are removed after healing"

I've done a bit of research and I think I know how to get it.

In Argenta's act 4 quest "Driven", you start off and basically you get the option to say "Kill everything with fire for the emperor" or something more or less reasonable. If you don't pick this option, she won't be worthy when trying to get the sacred relic from the ship.

I was doing an iconoclast run so I said something like "Maybe bit a bit a chill and don't shoot first" and this locked me out of getting power armor. Sad times.

I've also read that characters have their own hidden dogmatic/iconoclast/heretic levels so maybe it's only possible if you've made mostly dogmatic choices throughout the whole playthrough.

I am pretty bummed that I missed out on this power armor ngl but I can see the dev's perspective about making the best argenta armor only available if you've been dogmatic as she is a dogmatic character. Also, it's not like the enemies get a turn to act to kill her before she blows them to bits XD

I haven’t found it yet and I’m on act 5, either Argenta’s final quest has multiple endings and I got a bad one, or I just missed it somehow, or the way to get it is bugged
