      February 2024: This item leads to an as of yet unfixed bug which gets the loading screen stuck at 12%. Loading will resume after a few minutes.
      To fix this:

      "1. Select an individual character without the item equipped ( If you dont know which one it is, just try one until it works ).
      2. Hit i to open the inventory
      3. Use the arrows above the character stats to select the character with the item equipped.
      IMPORTANT: What happened to me was that it switched to the character with the item equipped, updated the portrait, but didn't updated their character model or items, instead it showed the previous ones.
      4. Equip another item over the slot which you think is causing issues, for me it was the headpiece.
      5. The item causing the issue will be unequipped, and your character model/item info will now load into view."

      Possibly only occurs if equipped on a character with the "Be Smart" talent.
