You can get these in early act 2 once you start charting routes on the map.

What you want to do is, loot ALL YOUR ENEMIES and take all the excess gear, right click and turn them into cargo, you'll need this for later.

Once you're charting the map look for Trinnitos as thats where foulstone is, foulstone's a colony that you can get and when you do get it they have a project that gives you 20 holygifts which is 10k drusian reputation( you need like 33k drusian rep to start the science of virture project)

Trinnitos is right above aviorus which is right above furibundus so you can't miss it and I recommend watching werglia's warp travel video to get a good idea on how to chart your path.

Anyway, with all your cargo trade in all the stuff you get from looting enemies and chests and trade them to the drusian preach this should get you a ton of extra rep, you probably wont be at 30k yet more like 17-22k depending on how far you are so all you can really do is to continue to collect stuff to turn into cargo to give to them, once you have 33-35k, head back to janus and you can start the scicen of virture for your eyes
