If Veil Tear is increased to 15 or beyond, this effect will trigger Peril of the Warp even on a minor power

Whenever the wearer uses a psychic power, they can trigger one of the following:
- 50% chance to reduce the AP cost and decrease veil degradation by -2
- 25% chance to perform the psychic power as usual
- 25% chance to increase veil degradation by +3 and reset the cooldown of their attack
If veil degradation is increased to 15 or beyond, this effect triggers perils of the warp even when using minor psychic powers.

This item in combination with warp reflex ring & psyker's breastplate is ridiculous, getting into fights with 50+ psy rating is very easy, a shame you find it so late as it syncs incredibly well.
