Dargonus is a sub-Location in Rogue Trader. Dargonus can be found in the Mundus Valancius system. Dargonus is the capital world of the Von Valancius dynasty.

- The data-bank of quest Classified Information can be found in the von Valancius manor.
- At the back of the room, you'll find a sofa. Sit on it and chose following options:
- Have a glass of wine - Pour a glass of "Flame of Purity."
- Read a book - Choose "Litanies of the Motive Force."
- Change the music - Choose "The Symphony of Honor and Duty."
- Successful solve the puzzle unlock the Data-Bank with von Valancius Coat of Arms quest item. Unlock both data banks on Dargonus and Kiava Gamma to complete Classified Information quest.

Von Valancius Capitol
In order to govern a dynasty and the great many assets under its purview, there must be a guiding hand and central powerbase from which the Rogue Trader’s presence might extend. A place for the administratum to erect their bureaucratic monuments, for the glories of a lineage to be arrayed, for politics to be played, gallas to be held and raids to be repelled.
Dargonus is the foremost jewel of the von Valanicus dynasty, resplendent with the glories of past conquests and ventures undertaken by Theodora and her predecessors. It hosted a vast conglomerate of noble families that hailed from the dynasty’s supplicant worlds. Each had sworn an oath of fealty long before the heir apparent rose to power, but each with their own realm of influence within the von Valancius sphere. And each family is in an endless effort to jockey for the Lord Captain’s efforts, always seeking to curry their favor so the prosperity they find might spill out onto their family first and foremost.
However, the eternal politicking and administrative efforts of Dargonus have ground to a halt while the von Valancius fleets idle in orbit of it. For, just like the rest, this twinkling gem of affluence is cut off from the wider Expanse.
In Your Absence...
Without the overview of a Rogue Trader, a capitol such as Dargonus is left to its own devices in a manner worse than most.
They are without material goods, without food and left with a fleet overhead too crowded to be maintained for a long period of time. But those left in the Lord Captain’s stead are valiant, level-headed men and women who have immense experience in steering ships through tumultuous storms. Political jockeying can be set aside. Once bitter rivals might come together and work, albeit begrudgingly, toward a brighter horizon.
It cannot last forever, though, so the Lord Captain must hurry before something worse than isolation rears its head.
