Scorcher is a Consumable Item in Rogue Trader. Scorcher allows the user to gain +1 AP and instantly reset cooldowns on all attacks and attack abilities. However, at the start of the user's next turn, they incur +1 stack of staggered, which persists until the end of combat. Consumable Items are those used on a one-time basis, providing either permanent or eventual buffs or effects.

Scorcher has the following effect:
The user gains +1 AP and immediately resets cooldowns on all attacks and attack abilities. At the start of the user's next turn, they gain +1 stack of staggered that lasts until the end of combat.
To use Scorcher players need to meet the following prerequisites:
