An exquisite shardcarbine. It's light enough to be wielded by the great raptor of the Commorragh's skies: the Scourge. Now it belongs to a more worthy wielder.

Rogue Trader Sweet Perdition Notes & Tips
Save after you get into main hub in Act 3 after second arena fight.
Find where is ambush and save again.
Then you have to pass every skill check that is there (Some are hard so save scum it if you want )
And when you will have chance to kill the enemy choose Weapon skill skill check . That worked for me

It's obtained from the scourge book event in Act 3, after you complete your second arena fight, the one versus the Bloodstained Proselytes while on the main quest The Chasm, and the event happens in front of the Anatomic Opera entrance before you manage to report to Tervantias.
The skill checks log during the successfully completed event that got me the weapon was:
- Awareness Fail
- Toughness Success
- Willpower Success
- Coercion Success
- Carouse Success
- Athletics Success
- Strength Success for the kill
I had completed it once before in the same way, but with a fail in the Carouse check and using a (successful) Toughness check instead of Strength for the kill, but that did not get me the weapon. I suspect it doesn't depend on the kill method, but rather on some overall sum of successes, or possibly a long enough streak of them.
