Cold Trader | Rogue Trader Wiki

Cold Trader is an Origin. Origins in Rogue Trader are the possible occupations that the player character practised before becoming Lord Captain. The choice of Origin adds extra bonuses to your characters, such as additional Talents, Abilities, and bonuses to different Characteristics. Cold Trader can't be selected for the playable character, being a unique origin only available for Jae Heydari.

Cold Trader Information Rogue Trader

Cold Trader will provide the following Features:

• Gunslinger: While Jae is fighting with weapons in both hands, the attack from the second hand (depending on which hand she attacked with first in the round) does not cost any additional AP.
• Never Play Fair: Jae can use either Fellowship or Intelligence for Ingelligence-based skills, whichever is higher. Additionally, Jae can reroll failed Commerce tests (+1 Attempt for each test)
• Cold Trader's Acumen: The Rogue Trader's reputation level grants Jae additional bonuses
  • Drusians:  +(2x reputation level) % to all resistance tests and +(4x reputation level) to Lore (Imperium)
  • Explorators: +(2x reputation level) % to armour and +(4x reputation level) to Tech-Use
  • Kasballica Mission: +(2x reputation level) % to dodge and parry and +(4x reputation level) to Commerce
  • Fellowship of the Void: +(2x reputation level) % to critical hit chance and +(4x reputation level) to Coercion
  • The Imperial Navy: +(2x reputation level) % to cover efficiency and +(4x reputation level) to Persuasion

Cold Trader will provide the following bonuses to Characteristics:

• Ballistic Skill +5
• Fellowship +5
• Weapon Skill +5
