Driven Information Rogue Trader

At long last, Argenta and the Lord Captain have uncovered a clue to the possible location of the world of Salis Prime, and with it, that of the saint's ancient ship to which Argenta wishes to make a pilgrimage. However, the planet also serves as a hideout for the heretics who have already come close to taking her life once before...

Warhammer 40k: Rogue Trader Driven Objectives

  1. Wait for Argenta to approach with news
  2. Make planetfall on Salis Prime
  3. Defeat Afterlight
  4. Return to the ship and wait word from Argenta

Rogue Trader Driven Walkthrough

Once you open the Koronus Expanse map after completing The Siege, if Astray has also been completed during chapter 2, Argenta will tell you that she has located Salis Prime and asks you to go there. The Raeth-Tawi system will now appear on the map, connected to Lapidus Mortus. Go there, scan the snow world and land at Crash Site.

Major choice: If both Argenta and Idira were in the party in chapter 3 Idira will ask to come with Argenta. Allowing her may lead to them reconciling depending on Argenta's character development path.

The map is linear. Shortly after the landing site you will find a Perception test. If you pass it you will gain some loot. Keep going and you will find a lens through which a cultist will mock you. Argenta will destroy the lens.

Major choice: How you reply with Argenta will affect her character development path. This choice counts twice as much as previous choices.

  1. "Too easily do you forget the blood that is spilt because of you, and too often do you name yourself the chosen of the Emperor and His saints." - pushes Argenta on the Repentia path
  2. "You are right. He will not lead us astray." - pushes Argenta on the Order path
  3. "Why restrain your anger when you're dealing with a creature as corrupt as he? Unleash your fury!" - pushes Argenta on the Zealot path

Proceed through the map, looting and passing optional skill test whenever you encounter them. Once you cross an ice bridge you will come across and fight a group of heretics. Each time Afterlight is killed an Unholy Lens will resurrect him. You can either destroy the lenses first or kill him 3 times, at which point he dies permanently.

What will happen after the fight will depend on Argenta's character development path.

  • If Argenta is on the Repentia character development path the ship will reject her and she will run away. Back on the voidship Argenta will gain the Shadow of Death talent.
  • If Argenta is on the Order or Zealot path she will enter the ship. Back on the voidship Argenta will return with the Sororitas Power Armour. If Idira was in the party both during chapter 3 and during this quest she and Argenta will reconcile.

Under what circumstances does reconciliation occur? In my case, even though I had both Idira and Argenta during my visit to the dark city, and acknowledged Theodora's assassin (both characters on the team during this event), I had no requests from Idira to accompany us during the "Driven" mission.
