This quest is obtained and automatically as part of Flame in the Dark. It is completed by finding Dementz, Regardless of the chosen dialogue options you fight Dementz, a Corrupted Ruststalker, a Combat Servitor and two Vox-Skull. After the fight loot Dementz for a Portable Cogitator and [Mezoa-Pattern] Plasma Gun. When you return to the voidship you will have new dialogue options with Pasqal.
